At Cotty, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order (unless the item is defective).

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be opened and returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted first via Email or WhatsApp.
    Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

  • Once the order is confirmed and shipped, shipping fees apply.

Shipping Fees

  • In case of a standard return, only shipping fees will be deducted.

  • Shipping fees will be fully covered by Cotty if:

    • You received a defective item.

    • You received a wrong item.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Instapay

    • Vodafone Cash
