Shipping Areas

  • We ship across all governorates in Egypt.

  • Delivery is handled by Bosta to ensure fast and secure service.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • During peak seasons or sales periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • In case of exchange or return (unless due to a defective or wrong item), shipping fees apply.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If unreachable, the shipment may be returned.

  • Orders cannot be opened and returned on the spot with the courier. For any issue, please contact our support team first.

مناطق الشحن

  • نوصل لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

  • يتم الشحن من خلال شركة بوسطة لضمان سرعة وكفاءة التوصيل.

مدة التوصيل

  • يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

  • مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.

  • قد تزيد المدة خلال فترات الضغط أو العروض الخاصة.

رسوم الشحن

  • يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب العنوان.

  • في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع (ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو خاطئًا)، يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن.

ملاحظات هامة

  • يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات التواصل والعنوان لتجنب أي تأخير.

  • في حالة عدم الرد على المندوب، قد يتم إعادة الشحنة.

  • غير متاح فتح الطرد وإرجاعه مباشرة مع المندوب. في حال وجود مشكلة يرجى التواصل معنا أولًا.
